Arrive Delhi and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 02

In Delhi

On the very next day of your tour, the national capital of India awaits you for a pleasent visit. You will be travelling throughout the city which is divided in two parts, New and Old Delhi.
At New Delhi, you will get to visit some well known historical monuments of India like Qutub Minar, India Gate, Parliament House, Secretariat Building, The Connought Place and also have the opportunity to visit the Sikh Temple, Bangla Sahib.
While on the other side, the Old Delhi will show you the Red Fort, Chandni Chowk and Rajghat-Mahatama Gandhi’s cremation site. All over the day, you will also get enough time for fulfilling your shopping desires.

DAY 03

Delhi to Jaipur (Surface)

This morning, we will drive to Jaipur (265 km / 6 hrs), also known as the pink city of Rajasthan. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Rest of the evening at leisure.

DAY 04

In Jaipur

Morning, visit Amer Fort, one of the major attractions of Jaipur. A blend of Hindu & Muslim architecture can be seen in this fort. This fort also carries some interesting apartments in its complex. The City Palace, Hawa Mahal and Observatory give you the mixed pleasure of history and royalty.

DAY 05

Jaipur to Agra (Surface)

Morning, we will drive to Agra en route visiting the 16th century deserted Mughal city at Fatehpur Sikri (235 Kms / 6-7 hrs with enroute sightseeing of Fatehpur Sikri). This place is famous as once the Emperor Akbar visited here to pray for his son.

DAY 06

In Agra

Morning visit Taj Mahal, which stands first in the race of seven wonders of this world. This monument was built by Shahjahan in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. It attracts millions of tourists from all over the world every year. However, this is not the only attractive spot Agra carries in its heart there is the Agra Fort also to explore. The fort is a masterpiece of design and construction. Within the fort are a number of exquisite buildings.

DAY 07

Agra to Jhansi (Train) => Jhansi to Orchha (Surface)

Morning, Drive from Jhansi Railway Station to Orchha (20 Km / approx. 45 minutes) , Orchha is known as one of the largest and powerful kingdoms of central India. The architecture and heritage deserves a watch for the whole day.
Afternoon sightseeing visiting Raj Mahal, Jehangir Mahal, Raj Praveen Mahal, Chaturbhuj Temple, Raja Ram Temple and Sunder Mahal.

DAY 08

Orchha to Khajuraho (Surface)

Morning drive to Khajuraho (180 Km / approx. 4 hrs). The temples constructed here from 950 to 1050 AD explain the story of Indo-Aryan architecture. The images of gods and goddesses, real and mythological animals, warriors and musicians as well as the images of women and sex from the story of Kama sutra act as most eye catching spots for tourists.

Khajuraho to Varanasi (Flight)

Morning board flight for Varanasi and on arrival transfer to your hotel.
In the evening, go down to the Ganges on cycle-rickshaws to witness the daily Aarti ceremony!

In Varanasi

Early morning, a sun-rise boat ride on the Ganges to witness locals go about their daily rituals. You can be free this afternoon to do your own things.

DAY 11

Varanasi to Delhi (Flight)

Morning, visit Sarnath, the place where Buddha chose to deliver his first sermon. It is 10 Km away from the city center.
Afternoon, transfer to the airport to board flight for Delhi. On arrival transfer to international airport to board flight for home.
